Elizabeth Cochrane

Elizabeth Cochrane is an experienced IT Project Manager, currently serving as a Senior IT Project Manager for the Virginia Department of Transportation since January 2023. Prior experience includes roles at BMO Bank of Montreal as a Project Manager, where Elizabeth managed extensive workstreams for a major acquisition, and at Virginia ABC, where Elizabeth designed an enterprise program for COVID vaccination compliance across multiple districts.
