Kevin O'Neill

Kevin O'Neill, PE, currently serves as the Bridge Maintenance & Management Program Manager at the Virginia Department of Transportation, overseeing a substantial $1.0 billion 6-Year State of Good Repair CN Program and a $500 million 5-Year IIJA/BIL Program. O'Neill's experience includes leading a 33-person bridge maintenance team, managing a $16 million budget for bridge maintenance, and hands-on involvement in various engineering roles across multiple firms, including CH2M and HNTB. O'Neill possesses advanced degrees in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida, along with an MBA from the University of Richmond's Robins School of Business.
