Jeffrey Hesler

Jeffrey Hesler has extensive experience in the field of terahertz components and systems. Jeffrey worked as the CTO at Virginia Diodes Inc. from 2001 onwards, where their research focused on developing various terahertz technologies such as THz Vector Network Analyzer Extenders, wideband receivers, and detectors. Jeffrey also contributed to the development of state-of-the-art frequency multipliers and mixers. Prior to their role at Virginia Diodes Inc., they served as a Visiting Assistant Research Professor at the University of Virginia from 1997. During their tenure, they led the development of advanced THz components and systems for compact range radars and environmental sensing, and supervised theses and dissertations.

Jeffrey Hesler pursued their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, studying from 1984 to 1989. Following that, they attended the University of Virginia between 1989 and 1996, although no specific degree or field of study information is provided for this period.
