Brian Dail

Brian Dail has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Brian started their career at Qimonda in 2001 as a Machining Department Manager and worked there until 2009. Brian then joined Rolls-Royce North America where they held two roles as a Business Analyst and later as a Senior Analyst, focusing on developing business strategies, managing grants, and fostering industrial partnerships. In 2014, they became the Operations Manager at the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing. In 2015, they joined ThermAdynamics Rail LLC as a Staff Engineer. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director of Customized Training Operations, Eastern Region at Virginia Economic Development Partnership since January 2022, and prior to that, they were the Managing Director - Project Operations, Workforce Solutions from August 2019.

Brian Dail attended Strayer University from 2002 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
