David E. Devan

David E. Devan is currently the Senior Vice President of Policy and Strategic Partnerships at the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, where they lead the development of the state's economic strategy and engage with partners on legislative affairs. Previously, they served as Director of Corporate Intelligence within the same organization and held various leadership roles in the United States Marine Corps, including Platoon Commander. David has completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography at the United States Naval Academy. Their expertise lies in leading diverse teams to implement innovative solutions in high-pressure environments.
