Stephen Hartka

Stephen Hartka has a diverse work experience. Stephen began their career at EY, where they initially worked as a Consultant intern in 2012. After completing their internship, they re-joined EY as a Consultant in 2014 and was later promoted to Senior Consultant in 2016. During their time at EY, they played a key role in delivering engagements and developing business with various organizations, including the European Union Institutions, the French Treasury, and the African Development Bank. In 2018, they joined the Virginia Economic Development Partnership, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Analyst, Manager of the Analytics Group, Assistant Vice President of Research, and Interim Vice President of Research.
