Cindy Connors

Cindy Connors is an experienced labor and advocacy professional with a diverse background in service and leadership roles within union organizations and legislative bodies. Currently serving as UniServ Director for the Virginia Education Association since March 2015, Cindy previously held positions such as President of CO AFL CIO and Arbitration Advocate for the National Association of Letter Carriers. With extensive experience that includes roles in legislative aids, financial oversight as Secretary-Treasurer of the Colorado State Federation AFL-CIO, and community service as a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, Cindy possesses strong skills in negotiation, presentation, and organizational management. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Albright College and furthered education at Metropolitan State University of Denver.
