James Endsley

James Endsley has a diverse work experience that includes roles as a Head Optician and Optician at Virginia Eye Institute, a Merchandiser at Best Buy, and a Mechanic II at ZF Transmissions. In their role as Head Optician, they managed and scheduled the optical staff, ensured the correct ordering and stock of spectacle lenses and frames, and monitored sales goals. As an Optician, they greeted patients, took measurements, ordered lenses and frames, and achieved daily sales goals. At Best Buy, they were responsible for order shipment and receipt, product placement and pricing, and inventory maintenance. As a Mechanic II at ZF Transmissions, they disassembled and repaired transmissions, diagnosed failures, and met productivity goals. Additionally, they worked as an Optician in the US Navy, screening recruits and fabricating spectacles with zero discrepancies.

James Endsley's education history includes attending the College of Lake County from 2015 to 2016, where they pursued a field of study in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Prior to that, in 2012, they attended the Tri-Service Optician School, Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, VA, and obtained an Associate's degree in Opticianry/Ophthalmic Dispensing Optician.

In addition to their educational background, James Endsley has earned the certification of American Board of Opticianry Exam-Advance (ABO-A) from the American Board of Optometry in February 2020.
