Kelly Owens

Kelly Owens is a Licensed Optician/Contact Lens and Insurance Specialist at Virginia Eye Institute since May 2021. Prior to their current role, Kelly worked as a Licensed Optician at River's Bend Eyecare from February 2017 to May 2021. With experience as a General Manager at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses from November 2014 to February 2017, and at Luxottica from August 1989 to August 2012, specifically as the General Manager at Pearle Vision. Kelly received their education at Longwood University.
