Adam Estes

Adam Estes has over a decade of experience in claims management, currently serving as a Field Claims Representative at Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since September 2012. In this role, Adam has been responsible for contacting new claims, setting up inspections, and writing estimates while collaborating with customers and body shops to evaluate claims. Previous positions within the company include Automotive Claims Representative, Office Claims Representative, and Claims Service Representative, where responsibilities ranged from managing drive-in appointments to settling total losses efficiently. Prior to his insurance career, Adam spent time as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where branch operations were effectively managed, and customer service was enhanced through strong communication. Early experiences included a Merchandising Internship at Stage Stores and volunteer firefighting with Victoria Fire and Rescue. Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from Longwood University and an Associate degree in Arts and Science from Southside Virginia Community College.
