Courtney L. Kelley, FSCP, has been serving as an Agency Manager for the Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies since October 2016, overseeing operations in Essex, Richmond, Westmoreland, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford counties. Previously, Courtney held the role of Agency Manager for King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford counties and worked as a Multi-Line Insurance Agent specializing in Property & Casualty and Life Insurance. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Services Associate at Essex Bank from June 2015 to September 2016 and as a Social Media Intern at ReDefine RVA, where responsibilities included managing social media and marketing for a personal training studio. Courtney earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Virginia Commonwealth University between 2012 and 2015.
