Cyntia Chavez

Cyntia Chavez has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Cyntia started their career as a Direct Support Professional at Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. in 2015. Afterward, they worked as a Research Assistant and Project Manager at Western Oregon University from 2014 to 2016.

In 2016, Cyntia served as a Research Assistant and Mental Health Technician at Oregon State Hospital. Cyntia then became a Bilingual Crisis Intervention Worker at Northwest Human Services, Inc. in 2017. Additionally, they worked as a Research Assistant at Oregon Health and Science University during the same year.

Later in 2017, Cyntia joined LifeWorks NW as a Qualified Mental Health Associate, where they stayed until early 2018. Following that, they became a Bilingual Case Manager at Southwest Key Programs, where they were responsible for conducting intake interviews, coordinating with attorneys and community services, completing assessments, and maintaining client files.

In 2018, they transitioned to Pentagon Technologies, taking on the role of a Protocol Auditor. Their responsibilities included ensuring compliance with protocols and conducting audits.

Most recently, Cyntia has been working as a Panel Care Coordinator at Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center and Foundation since 2019.

Throughout their career, Cyntia has gained experience in research, mental health, crisis intervention, and case management, demonstrating their versatility and ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Cyntia Chavez earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from Western Oregon University. Cyntia attended the university from 2012 to 2017.
