Walt Rhea

Walt Rhea has extensive work experience in finance and operations management. Walt currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Virginia Glass Products/Virginia Mirror Company. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Finance at the same company.

Before joining Virginia Glass Products/Virginia Mirror Company, Walt worked at Stanley Furniture for over two decades, holding various leadership positions. Walt was previously the VP Demand Planning and Logistics, where they focused on logistics and supply chain management. Walt also served as the VP of Domestic Operations and VP of Human Resources & Administration, Treasurer, overseeing different aspects of operations planning, financial reporting, and compliance.

Walt's career began at KPMG Peat Marwick, where they worked as a Senior Accountant.

Walt Rhea completed their high school education at R. B. Worthy High School in an unspecified year. Walt then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business with a focus on Accounting at Roanoke College, from 1987 to 1991. After obtaining their undergraduate degree, they enrolled in Virginia Tech and completed a Master of Accounting (MACCT) degree, specializing in Accounting from 1991 to 1992.
