Heather Duncan

Heather Duncan has over 20 years of experience in marketing and branding. Heather recently served as the Senior Director of Marketing & Community Engagement at Virginia Health Services, where they successfully relaunched the brand and performed market research for six lines of business. Prior to that, they were a Brand Manager at Smithfield Foods, overseeing two national brands. Heather also has experience as the Director of Corporate Marketing and Branding at Dollar Tree, where they developed and executed marketing strategies across all banners. Heather started their career at McDonald's, where they held various roles such as Marketing Manager and Account Director. Heather's diverse experience includes working with Leo Burnett Advertising and Moroch & Associates. Heather has a strong track record of driving growth and building brand equity.
