Rodney Willett

Rodney Willett serves as the Vice President of Community Engagement at Merakata, Inc., where responsibilities include leading support for community nonprofits through financial contributions and pro bono consulting services since October 2021. Concurrently, Rodney has been a Delegate for the 73rd District in the Virginia House of Delegates since January 2020. Previous positions include Vice President of Business Strategy at Impact Makers from February 2011 to September 2020, where business development efforts were led nationally, and Principal and Public Sector Lead at The North Highland Company from September 2004 to January 2011, overseeing public sector consulting and business development in Virginia. Additionally, Rodney managed Virginia.gov as the General Manager of Virginia Interactive from February 1998 to April 2004. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics and a Juris Doctor from William & Mary.
