Forrest South

Forrest South has a diverse work experience. Forrest started their career as an Intern at Tidewater Council, Boy Scouts of America in 2020. Forrest then worked as a Camp Ranger at West Tennessee Area Council, Boy Scouts of America, where they managed and maintained a property and supervised a staff of 40. Forrest also worked as an Assistant Recreation Supervisor at City of Newport News, where they assisted in planning and implementing before and after care programs. Forrest then worked as a Park Assistant and later as a Park Supervisor at City of Virginia Beach, where they managed the operation and maintenance of city parks, supervised staff, and provided customer service. Forrest also worked as a Park Monitor at The Adventure Parks of Outdoor Ventures, where they provided customer service and assisted with course inspection. Forrest currently works as an Assistant Operations Manager II at The Port of Virginia.

Forrest South attended Old Dominion University from 2015 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Park, Recreation, and Tourism Studies with a focus on Park and Recreation Management.
