Amanda Beckett currently serves as the Outreach Coordinator at The Virginia Living Museum, a position held since September 2011. In this role, Amanda is focused on establishing a Young Professionals Social & Fundraising group, coordinating a Phone-a-thon, and supporting various Development Programs. Prior to this, Amanda held the position of Outreach Coordinator at the Wildlife Rescue Center of the Hamptons from February 2009 to March 2010, and served as a Senior Educator at the Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary & Audubon Center from January 2006 to November 2009. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Studies, with concentrations in Geology, Biology, and Animal Behavior from Queens College.
