David Scheblo

David Scheblo has a diverse work experience in both the education and retail industries. From 2006 to present, they have worked at Ivy Tech Community College in various roles including Executive Director of Human Resources, Executive Director of Instructional Site, Associate Vice Chancellor of Student Affairs, Registrar, Director of Admissions, and Director of Financial Aid. In these positions, they have been responsible for overseeing different aspects of college operations such as recruitment, employee benefits, payroll processing, student development, enrollment management, and student records. Prior to their work at Ivy Tech Community College, they worked at Kroger from 1992 to 2006 as a Unit Manager, where they managed store operations, supervised employees, and oversaw store remodels and construction projects.

David Scheblo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Manchester University. David also possesses a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Indiana University Kokomo. In addition, they have a certification from FEMA's Management Institute, which they obtained in 2019.
