Charlene Runner

Charlene Runner, MA, SPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at the Virginia Living Museum, overseeing the administration and coordination of the human resource function since December 2020. Prior experience includes positions at ADP as Lead Learning Consultant and Client Human Resource Business Partner, where responsibilities involved managing learning programs and consultative HR services. Charlene's extensive career at Bank of America spanned from 1991 to 2015, during which roles included Vice President Site Human Resources Manager, Leadership Development Consultant, and Training Manager, focusing on employee development, organizational initiatives, and training programs. Charlene holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies from Old Dominion University.
