Gina Lehman

Gina Lehman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in stewardship, donor relations, and administrative support within the nonprofit sector. Currently serving as the Stewardship Director at the Virginia Living Museum since September 2014, Gina implements a comprehensive stewardship program to enhance stakeholder relationships while overseeing data management to maximize revenue and guest engagement. Previous roles at the Virginia Living Museum include Stewardship & Donor Relations Manager and Development Stewardship Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing fundraising databases and financial reconciliation. Additional experience includes serving as Development Services Manager at Christopher Newport University and Conference Support Coordinator at Jefferson Lab. Gina's career began at Homes and Land Magazine and Jefferson Lab, where foundational skills in administration and communications were developed. Gina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Communication from Christopher Newport University.
