Ben Burks

Ben Burks possesses extensive leadership experience in the healthcare and senior living sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Virginia Lutheran Homes since September 2017. Prior roles include Executive Director at both Brandon Oaks and The Glebe, as well as Vice President of Life Enrichment at VMRC. Burks began a career in leadership as Executive Director at the Wesley Foundation at James Madison University. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Virginia, a Theological Masters, and a Master of Divinity, both from Duke University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Virginia.
