Jacqueline Valentine

Jacqueline Valentine serves as the Patient Safety Manager at Virginia Mason Medical Center, where the focus is on achieving zero defects in patient care quality. In addition to this role, Jacqueline is an Honorary Research Fellow at Imperial College London, contributing to healthcare research and innovation. Previously, as Program Lead for Acute Care at NIHR CLAHRC for Northwest London, significant partnerships were established to enhance evidence-based patient care. Jacqueline's earlier experience includes serving as a Risk Manager at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, where risk management and safety improvements were implemented, as well as holding various positions at the University of Washington Medical Center, including Medication Safety Officer. Jacqueline holds a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Washington and has completed further education at prestigious institutions including Imperial College London and the University of Warwick.
