Monica Hilt

Monica Hilt is the President at Virginia Mason Medical Center since October 2023. Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Operating Officer at Ascension from January 2015 to March 2023, where she was responsible for the overall operations of a $2.3 billion health system. She also held various leadership positions at Ministry Health Care from August 2005 to December 2014. Monica holds a Masters of Health Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
