Spencer Harding

Spencer Harding is currently the Vice President Strategic Planning & Growth at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. Prior to this, Spencer held various strategic roles at 3M, including Director of Strategy for the Health Care Business Group, Global Business Leader for the Abrasive Systems Division, and Strategic Marketing Manager for the Industrial Business Group. Spencer also worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he established strategic direction for companies in various sectors. Spencer has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
