Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at VMRCjobs, Charlene provides leadership in areas such as HRIS, Talent Management, and HR Operations. Prior to their current role, Charlene was the Principal/Owner Consultant at Collaborative HR Consulting, providing strategic planning and coaching services to organizations. With a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Baker College, Charlene's experience includes directing HR operations, strategic business advising, and facilitating HRIS strategies.
