Andrew Luna, Ph.D, currently serves as the Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Virginia Military Institute since October 2024. With a career spanning several decades, Andrew Luna has extensive experience in institutional research and effectiveness, having held positions as the Executive Director of Decision Support and Institutional Research at Austin Peay State University and Director of Institutional Research at multiple institutions including Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, University of North Alabama, University of West Georgia, and University of Louisville. Additionally, Andrew Luna has been a professional speaker since September 1990, delivering keynote and inspirational talks. Academically, Andrew Luna holds a Ph.D and two Master's degrees in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism, all from The University of Alabama.
