Michael LaRocca, Ph.D. is currently an Assistant Professor at Virginia Military Institute. Prior to this, Michael held positions as Psychology Fellow and Intern at VA Palo Alto Health Care System. Michael also served as a Graduate Student at the University of Alabama Department of Psychology. Before entering academia, Michael was an Infantry Officer in the US Army. Dr. LaRocca holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from The University of Alabama, a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Pepperdine University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in German Language and Literature from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
