Suzanne Richmond

Suzanne Richmond is a seasoned legal professional and entrepreneur with extensive experience in criminal law and fashion design. Currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General since August 2022, Richmond also owns and operates Richmond Clothier, a business focused on ready-to-wear women's clothing, since September 2021. Previously, Richmond practiced as a Criminal Defense Attorney at the Law Office of Suzanne Seidel Richmond from September 2015 to August 2022, and served as an Assistant Public Defender in Norfolk from 2015 to 2021. Earlier in their career, Richmond prosecuted cases as an Assistant Commonwealth's Attorney for the Norfolk Office from 2008 to 2013 and gained valuable experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the City of Roanoke Circuit Court from 2007 to 2008.
