In their previous roles, Claudia has held various positions within the Women's Council of REALTORS, starting as the 2018-Past President- Nova Metro from January 2018 to December 2018. Claudia I. then served as the 2019-2020 Membership Director Nova Metro from January 2019 to January 2021, and later as the Women's Council State First Vice President since January 2022. Claudia has also been involved with the Women's Council of REALTORS as the 2022 First Vice President State Virginia from January 2022 to December 2022, and currently as the 2023 Women's Council State President Elect.

Claudia's professional involvement also includes their role as Co-Chair DEIC Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee at Virginia REALTORS since November 2022 and as 2023-2022 Local Treasurer at NAHREP - National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals since March 2022.

In addition, Claudia has served as a Director at the REALTOR Association of Prince William since January 2019 and as a Realtor at Long and Foster from October 2004 to January 2023. Claudia I. also held the position of 2021 Local Treasurer at FIABCI - USA Mid-Atlantic Council from January 2021 to May 2022.

In 2021, Claudia graduated from the Women's Council of REALTORS Leadership Institute, and in 2020, they were named the "2020 REALTOR of the Year" by the REALTOR Association of Prince William. Claudia also holds the designation of Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) from the National Association of REALTORS. In addition, they have received certifications such as Pricing Strategy Advisor, Military Relocation Professional, and ABR Designation. Claudia's commitment to excellence is evident in their achievements and ongoing professional development, as exemplified by their participation in programs like the C2EX Commitment of Excellence offered by the National Association of REALTORS.
