Jennifer MacKnight

Jennifer MacKnight is a seasoned finance professional with over two decades of experience in compliance and auditing. Currently serving as a Senior Compliance Analyst for Investments at the Virginia Retirement System since 2015, Jennifer previously held significant roles at Markel Corporation, including Senior Internal Auditor and Staff Auditor from 2005 to 2015. Earlier career experience includes working as an Internal Auditor at Union Bankshares Corporation from 1999 to 2005 and serving as a Junior Financial Analyst at GTSI in 1998-1999. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Radford University, having studied there from 1995 to 1998, after attending Cedar Crest College in 1994-1995.
