Rex Flynn

Rex Flynn serves as President of the Old Dominion Bar Association since June 2020 and has held various leadership roles within the Virginia State Bar, including Executive Committee Member and Representative to the Virginia State Bar Council. Flynn is also active in the Virginia Law Foundation as a 2024 Fellow and serves on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar's Diversity Conference. As General Counsel for the National Hampton Alumni Association, Flynn contributes to multiple legal organizations, including the Northern Virginia Black Attorneys' Association, where the title of President is held. The Flynn Law Firm, PLLC, owned and operated by Flynn, focuses on criminal defense across Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia. Educational credentials include a J.D. from George Mason University and a B.A. from Hampton University, along with specialized training from the National Criminal Defense College.
