Radelle Reese AAS, BS, MS is an experienced culinary educator and manager with a diverse background in instructional roles and culinary operations. Currently serving at Virginia State University since August 2017, Radelle performs multiple roles including Chef Instructor, Assistant to the Chair, and HMGT Assessment Coordinator, while also managing the M&M Kitchen. Prior experience includes teaching Culinary Arts at Chesterfield County and Petersburg City Public Schools, as well as roles in catering and bakery management at Thompson Hospitality and La Fontaine Bleue. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Business Management and a Master of Science in International Hospitality Management from Stratford University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Management from Baltimore International College.
