Chadrick Willis

Chadrick Willis is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Virginia Systems & Technology, Inc. since September 2022, Chadrick has previously held senior positions at Open Systems Technologies Corporation, Hexagon US Federal, and Aerotek. Before transitioning to senior roles, Chadrick worked as a Principal Software Engineer at CACI International Inc. and held leading positions at L-3 National Security Solutions. Chadrick's career began in the United States Army as a Signal Officer. Chadrick holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems: Software Engineering from DePaul University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Jackson State University.
