Necole Parker

Necole Parker is currently the Secretary at Virginia Union University. Prior to that, they held various positions in program management and relocation planning with Capitol CREAG, LLC, McKissack & McKissack, and Gilbane Building Company.

Parker has over 18 years of experience in the program management and relocation planning field. Necole has overseen projects such as transition planning, new construction, tenant improvements, tenant relocations, and commercial real estate. Additionally, they have experience in developing proposals and presentations for new contracts, market research, and quality control.

In their previous position as Director of the Relocation Planning/Program Management Division at McKissack & McKissack, Parker managed the relocation planning and coordination efforts for clients undergoing new construction and renovations. Necole was responsible for coordination and oversight of tenant build-out, planning meetings, scheduling, contract budget oversight, government estimates/SOW’s, FF&E vendor installations and building decommissioning and close-out functions. Additionally, they provided the management oversight and start-up of new McKissack Midwest offices in Chicago.

Parker has a wealth of knowledge and experience in program management and relocation planning, making their a valuable asset to any organization.

Necole Parker has received a high-performing business program certificate from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Necole has also received a Tuck-WBENC executive program certificate from the same school. Necole has a bachelor's degree in business administration from Virginia Union University. Necole is currently completing coursework for a masters in project management from the University of Maryland.
