Heather Engen

Heather Engen has extensive experience in data analytics and project management, currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Analytics at the Virginia Innovation Partnership Corporation since February 2015. Prior roles at VIPC include Data Analytics Manager and Senior Program Associate. Engen also held consulting positions at My Right to Learn, and owned Heather Engen Photography from 2011 to 2014. Earlier career highlights include being the Special Projects Coordinator at Employer Services Corporation and a Contract Web Designer at Multicity. Engen started in the field with marketing coordination at Virginia's Center for Innovative Technology and has held various administrative roles, including an internship at The White House. Engen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Languages from George Mason University and studied at Washington Adventist University.
