Allison Fuchs

Allison Fuchs is a veterinary ophthalmologist at Virginia Veterinary Centers since September 2022, specializing in eye care for animals. Previously, Allison completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia from August 2019 to July 2023, after serving as a veterinarian at Blue Pearl from June 2016 to August 2019. Allison holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University (2012-2016) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Earlham College (2003-2007). Additional experience includes roles as a veterinary technician in both small and large animal practices, administrative assistant at Breyer Animal Creations, and involvement in research as a Merial Veterinary Research Scholar.
