Kelly McCarthy is a communications professional with extensive experience in customer communications, strategic marketing, and athletic media relations. Currently serving as a Customer Communications Specialist at Virginia529 since December 2021, Kelly focuses on enhancing customer experience through collaborative communication strategies. Prior roles include Communications Manager at International Consulting Services LLC, where efforts supported the Virginia Department of Accounts' Cardinal HCM project, and Marketing & Communications Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Richmond, where a comprehensive marketing strategy was developed.
