Felicia Ganther

Felicia Ganther currently serves as the Senior Vice Chancellor for Virginia's Community College System since January 2025. Prior to this role, Ganther was a Presidential Fellow at the League for Innovation in the Community College, contributing to innovative strategies in community colleges from November 2023 to July 2025. Ganther held the position of President at Bucks County Community College from July 2021 to December 2023, overseeing a comprehensive college serving a diverse student body. Previous experience includes serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs at Maricopa Community Colleges from July 2012 to July 2021 and as the Executive Director at College of Lake County from August 2000 to May 2012. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Community Resources and Development from Arizona State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and a Master of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Norfolk State University.
