Katie Butler is an experienced professional in workforce services and education, currently serving as the Workforce Services Functional Manager at the Virginia Community College System since June 2012. With previous roles including Workforce Services Functional Specialist and Planning Commissioner for New Kent County since January 2012, Katie has a strong background in managing technical data systems, course programs, and liaising with organizational leadership. Prior to this, Katie worked at the Community College Workforce Alliance, focusing on workforce technologies and open enrollment coordination, significantly impacting course delivery for thousands of students annually. Katie's educational credentials include a Master of Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
