Thomas Sheeran

Thomas Sheeran is an experienced professional in grants administration and financial management, currently serving as the Grants Administration Manager at the Virginia Department of Workforce Development & Advancement since July 2024. Prior to this role, Thomas held the same title at the Virginia Community College System from June 2019 to June 2024.
