Ben Holland is a seasoned engineering and compliance professional with over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Virginkar & Associates, a subsidiary of HJI Group, since July 2023, Ben previously held the role of Compliance Officer at the City and County of Honolulu from March 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Vehicle Systems Engineering at Bay Area Rapid Transit, focusing on fleet reliability and engineering support for the "Fleet of the Future" program, as well as serving as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer at the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency, where Ben led projects for various bus procurements. Early career experience includes designing powertrain installations at Gillig, LLC. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
