Jim Qin Pe

Jim Qin, PE, PhD has extensive experience in executive leadership roles. Jim currently serves as the President of Virginkar & Associates, Inc. An HJI Group Company since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of President at HJI Group Corporation from January 2016 to February 2022, where they also served as the Senior Vice President from October 2005 to December 2015. Before joining HJI Group Corporation, they worked as the Vice President & Chief EHS Officer at U.S. Borax from August 2002 to October 2005, and as the Vice President at Trigen Energy Corp. from October 1998 to September 2002.
