Kenneth Toy

Kenneth Toy has extensive experience in quality assurance and consulting, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Representative at Virginkar & Associates, an HJI Group Company, since February 2018. In addition, Kenneth has held a consulting role at RVBA since August 2012 and previously worked as a Consultant at RBVA from August 2012 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Kenneth was employed at W.M.A.T.A. from 1975 to 2012, where responsibilities included serving as a Bus Reliability Supervisor.
