Luisa Herkenhoff

Luisa Herkenhoff has extensive experience in the legal and financial sectors, currently serving as the Head Comercial de Securitização at Virgo Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Luisa held various positions within the company, including roles in DCM and as Gerente de Estruturação. Luisa's experience includes serving as a Capital Markets Associate at both Octante Capital and Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr. e Quiroga Advogados. Additionally, Luisa has worked as In-House Counsel at GIMAEX and as a Legal Intern at CRITTON, LUTTIER, & COLEMAN, LLP. Luisa also contributed to pro bono efforts as Legal Manager for the BRASA - Brazilian Student Association and practiced law at the Ministério Público do Estado do Espírito Santo. Luisa holds an LLM in Corporate Law from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Laws from the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo.
