Katie Cadorette

Katie Cadorette began their work experience in 2010 as an Administrator and Marketing and Communications Assistant at CanoeKayak Canada, where they contributed to branding, web management, and communication for the organization. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Floor Staff at Mountain Equipment Co-op, utilizing their customer service and problem-solving skills to ensure high customer satisfaction. In 2017, they joined the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario as a Junior Research Analyst and Economist, where they collaborated on deliverables and managed procurement processes. Katie also worked at Health Canada as a Project Officer and later as a Policy Analyst, providing research, advice, and support for health system issues. Their most recent role is at Virica Biotech, where they currently serve as the Chief of Staff.
