Luc Pez is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance, equity analysis, and business development within the metals, mining, and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as Chief Commercial Officer at Viridian Lithium, Luc leads the commercial strategy for a refinery project. Previously, Luc played a crucial role in securing EUR2bn for Verkor’s Gigafactory 1 project and founded Rare Earth Advisory, focusing on sustainability and critical material sourcing. With a strong background in equity analysis, Luc held leadership roles at reputable institutions including Zadig Asset Management, Exane, and Societe Generale, consistently achieving top rankings in industry surveys. Luc holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Corporate and Trading Finance from Université Paris Dauphine and an ESG Certificate from EFFAS.
