Jan Zarkin

Jan Zarkin has extensive experience in various sectors, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Viridian Energy since February 2011, with a focus on promoting green energy and supporting non-profits. Prior to this role, Jan owned and operated a sizable neighborhood restaurant, Rembrandt's, from July 1985 to December 2009, featuring multiple dining options and accommodating large events. During the same period, Jan also managed other entrepreneurial ventures while semi-retired, including property management and innovation projects. Jan's earlier career includes a 28-year tenure at PECO Energy, where responsibilities encompassed roles as a Tax Accountant, Software Programmer, and Supervisor, culminating in a retirement in 1994. Jan Zarkin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Widener University.
