Patrick Demichel

Patrick Demichel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of scientific research and development. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist at Viridien since June 2024, Patrick focuses on developing next-generation algorithms and architectures, as well as a new business line, Outcome as a Service (OaaS), with an emphasis on extreme energy efficiency and AI technologies. Concurrently, as a Senior Scientist at CGG since April 2022, Patrick collaborates on the creation of advanced algorithms and architectures while promoting energy-efficient solutions for clients facing high-performance computing challenges. Patrick's career also includes significant roles at HPE and HP, where contributions as a strategic systems architect and systems engineer have spanned several decades, beginning in June 1980.
