Siyun Xu

Siyun Xu, Ph.D., currently serves as a Technical Project Coordinator at Viridien since August 2024 and previously held several roles at CGG from October 2014, including Seismic Imager and Senior Seismic Imager/Data Scientist. At the University of Houston from August 2008 to October 2014, Siyun Xu worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, where significant contributions included designing a high vacuum system for surface science applications and maintaining laboratory equipment, as well as serving as a Teaching Assistant to bolster student engagement in chemistry lab courses. Earlier educational experiences include a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from the University of Houston and an internship involving the optimization of a hydro-treating process. Siyun Xu's academic foundation includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology.
