Marcel Kienitz

Marcel Kienitz is currently the Head of Customer Operations at Viridium Gruppe, a position held since 2025. Previously, they served as the interim Head of Credit Decision & Disbursement at Bank Deutsches Kraftfahrzeuggewerbe GmbH, where they managed credit decision processes for financing and leasing. Kienitz also held various leadership roles at BDK, overseeing customer service, fraud prevention, and collections and recovery operations. Earlier in their career, they enhanced collections processes at Barclaycard Hamburg, impacting teams across multiple countries, and transformed the collections department at Consors Finanz BNP Paribas into a best-practice example within the organization. Additionally, Kienitz is pursuing an education in System Integration as a Computer Science Expert at BMW AG.
